The focus of this organization is to propel women business owners into greater economic, social and political spheres of power within their industry through relationships and strategic partnerships.
Industry Power Women was created to help recognize and advance female business leaders, owners, CEO’s, all around entrepreneurs, and trailblazers by providing strategic partnerships and leadership development opportunities. We will host an annual awards program and brunches around the country.
The organization also seeks to provide women access to the resources they require and the support necessary to accomplish their goals in business.
We are women who have all achieved leading roles throughout business. Together we have founded startups, run corporate executive level offices, managed game changing project that have accomplished significant goals.
All members will have owned or operated an organization or corporation.
We have a team of founders that will help coordinate the advancement and introduce IPW members.
We aspire to be the leading source of inspiration and empowerment for women in business. As a member, you can expect to have networking and mentoring advice and access available to you as deemed appropriate.
As an organization, our goals will continue to evolve as we grow but will remain a focused network for women to operate within to help advance our industry.

In principle and in practice, IPW values and seeks a diverse membership. IPW seeks full participation in the organization by all business owners who support our mission to empower women entrepreneurs, regardless of race, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or disability.
Our goal is to successfully represent a fully diverse group of women business owners across all spectrums of industry: retail, media, cultivation, advocacy, community organization, etc.
